　　The Ministry of Transport issued new draft regulations on car-hailing services. The regulations intend to integrate the online car-hailing services into the taxi management system and raise the access threshold for drivers.

　　交通部颁布专车新规草案。新规旨在将网络专车服务整合到出租车管理系统中，提高专车司机准入门槛。

　　China will build a network of 12,000 charging stations to meet the power demands of 5m electric vehicles by 2020, a National Energy Administration official said Monday.

　　国家能源局相关负责人12日表示，到2020年，我国将建成1.2万座充换电站，满足500万辆电动汽车充电需求。

　　此外，我国还将建成充电桩(power poles) 480万个，新增超过3850座公交车充电站(charging stations for public buses)以及2500座出租车充电站。新建住宅建筑(new residential complexes)应设有充电桩，或为其预留位置(assign space for them)。公共停车场(public parking lots)至少10%的停车位(parking spaces)要有充电装置。每两千辆新能源汽车(new energy vehicles, NEV)要配有至少一个公共充电站(public charging station)。

　　为鼓励购买新能源汽车，我国还出台了针对购买的补贴(subsidies)和免税(tax exemption)政策。为支持充电站的兴建，政府还将鼓励私人投资(private investment)，允许充电站建造商(charger manufacturers)发行企业债券(issue corporate bonds)。
