　　[11:19.79]A little bit of fear as you prepare for a big speech or presentation is common.

　　[11:25.37]Even the best speakers in the world get anxious

　　[11:28.01]before they get on stage or speak in front of a large group.

　　[11:31.59]Let me first tell about what causes the presentation stress.

　　[11:35.66]It comes from the fear of being judged,
