　　Because of the severe competition in thejobmarket, it's quite difficult to get a decent job for acollege graduate.Many college students complainthat graduation means the coming ofunemployment.To avoid this dilemma, I have some advice to theundergraduates.

　　To avoid unemployment after graduation, theundergraduates have to prepare themselves forthe job-hunting long before theirgraduation. First, study as hard as you can. Surely anapplicant with more highmarks in his resume will be more likely to get a job. And a hard-workingstudent can acquire more knowledge and pass interviews easily. Second, get apart-time ob which is related to the job you want to get in the future. Manycollege students like tofind a part-time job, but most of them do this onlyfor pocket money. Can this part-time job bewritten into your resume as arelated job experience? Can this part-time job bring you newfriends who aredoing the very kind of job you want to do after graduation? Think it overandmake full use of your part-time job.

　　If the undergraduates prepare themselveswell for the job-hunting, they ill have more chances tofind a good job aftergraduation.
