　　Thank you so much for taking care of me immediately after the accident. I was shell-shocked after being hit by the car; and thanks to you I was rushed to the hospital. The doctor said that my condition was not critical, but had I been delayed, things could have been much worse. So please accept the small gift accompanying this card as a token of my sincere gratitude.

　　非常感谢您在事故发生之后立即帮助我。我在车祸之后发生了休克，非常感谢您迅速将我送往医院抢救，医生说我的情况很并不严重，如果当时送至医院再晚一些的话，情况会更糟糕。所以请您收下这张卡片和小礼物，以表达我对您最诚挚的感谢。
