Now you write a note of complaint to the manager of the shop including the time and place you bought it and the problems it had and your claim for refund or changing the phone.

　　Dear Sir or Madam,

　　女士/先生，您好，

　　Last week I bought an expensive Nokia cell phone from your shop only to find it does not operate properly. For some reason the connection shuts down in the middle of a conversation accompanied by a loud static noise. I have the receipt dated the 9th of April and it shows the time of purchase at 8 p.m. that evening. As the phone is under warranty I would like to exchange it for another phone or get a refund.

　　上周我在您的商店买了一部非常昂贵的诺基亚手机，但是发现手机不能正常工作。不知道是什么原因，网络连接总是在谈话中突然中断，而且静电噪音很大。我在那天晚上8点买了这部手机，然后在4月9日收到了手机。因为手机还在保修期内，所以我想换一部手机，或者退款。
