　　The United States court system includes federal andstate courts.

　　美国法院体系包括联邦法院和州法院。

　　Federal courts deal with criminal and civil actionsinvolving the United

　　States Constitution or federallaws.

　　联邦法院处理与美国宪法或联邦法律相关的刑事和民事案件，

　　Federal courts try cases involving the United Statesgovernment.

　　审理与美国政府有关的案件。

　　They hear cases between people from different states and cases involving

　　other countries ortheir citizens.

　　他们审理涉及跨州以及其他国家或公民的案件。

　　They also hear cases involving situations that took place on the sea and

　　violations ofownership rights.

　　Each state has at least one federal district court.

　　District courts are the first courts to hear cases involving violations of

　　federal laws.
