　　What is presented vividly in the line graph is that vocational education became prevailing during a decade from the year of 2007 to the year of 2017. In detail, the proportion surged from less than 20% in 2007 to around 80% ten years later.

　　What triggers this ever-accelerating rise? I do believe that the three following factors are vital. Initially, as a proverb goes, he who does not advance will retreat. With present-day world replete with competition, receiving retraining is a must. In addition, reeducation, from all aspects, can culture one’s multifaceted skills, which put one in a favorable position in the future. In the last place, on-the-job training is popular also because pressure is now penetrating every corner of a company and being reeducated offers employees more relaxation.

　　All in all, my own view is that one will never graduate from a special university: working. As a famous philosopher once asserted, the root of education is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. That is, education, whatever form it takes, will benefit people from all walks of life. What should be remembered is that education will never end with graduation, but begin with working.
